In the light of the tragic situation of Kosovo, we wish first of all to thank the NATO for its strong engagement in defence of the People of Kosovo against the policy of genocide and ethnic cleansing once again ordered by President Milosevic.

The heinous war crimes and crimes against humanity that are being committed in Kosovo under the direct responsibility of President Milosevic by Serbian military and paramilitary forces expose once more that this man has to respond in front of the International Criminal Tribunal for former-Yugoslavia.

In this view we have, in the framework of the campaign No Peace Without Justice, prepared a "Report on Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law in Kosovo in 1998", that we think useful to forward you.
