North Korea represents today 3 million people dead of extermination by famine during the last 4 years. It represents today 22 million people reduced to the most terrible famine, in some regions of the country even forced to cannibalism, deprived of everything and totally isolated from the rest of the world, without any right, totally subjugated to the will of a national-communist regime.

North Korea represents today kidnapping, tortures, concentration camps, forced repatriations and death sentences for whoever dares to criticize the regime. It represents continuous provocation towards neighbouring countries. It represents generalized blackmail towards the rest of the world. It represents self-evident will to strengthen a terrorist-military international power, dedicating enormous resources to the construction of an arsenal of more and more powerful arms of mass destruction.

North Korea represents today 22 million civilian hostages in mortal danger who have to be saved. Now!

North Korea represents today a criminal and literally psychopathic regime which has to be neutralized. Now!

North Korea is a regime whose survival depends on nothing other than on the unspoken support of its great neighbour, the People's Republic of China, and on the accomplice silence of the international community.

It is necessary that everybody, anywhere in the world, mobilizes, in the name of the right/duty to humanitarian and political intervention, to break the circle of criminal madness of the regime and of the indifference of the international community.

It is necessary that the United Nations assume their political and civil responsibilities and put under the international guardianship, under its guardianship and under its direct protection, this country and the 22 million men and women who still survive there as sacrificed hostages of the Pyongyang regime. This is essential in order to create in North Korea the conditions for the installation of democracy, the Rule of Law, freedom and prosperity.
