First of all, I have to apologize for this long delay in acknowledging the receipt of your generous donations. For the last couple of months, things have been quite hectic with my day job

The July funding appeal to keep Dharamsala on line has met with encouraging response. I returned home from the meeting of the Assembly of Tibetan People's Deputies in India to news that we have raised $3,749.50 Canadian, $3,185.00 US dollars and 100.00 Deutch Marks so far. Some of you included kind letters of appreciation and support.

The funds will be indispensable in the establishment and continuation of an eventually self-supporting independent node for the whole Tibet Network, assuring continuation of the vital information link between the Tibetan government-in-exile and you.
