I am shocked and extremely sad by the assassination of Prime Minister Rabin. He has commanded my greatest respect and I specially admire him because of his unwavering dedication to the peace efforts in that part of the world and thus becoming a symbol of non-violence and reconciliation to the rest of the world.I express my condolences to the Government, the people of Israel and to Mrs. Rabin and her family.
