BEIJING, Nov.7, Asiainfo Services, Inc. -- British chemical giant ICI signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Chemical Industry covering all six of ICI's global businesses, acrylics, explosives, paints, polyurethane, trioxides, and chemicals and polymers. The activities of the cooperation will include licensing, technology sales and transfers, as well as direct investment.
