ZHUHAI, Nov. 7, Asiainfo Services, Inc. -- French-based Servier Pharmaceutical Group has opened its representative office in Beijing. The company also reached an agreement with Zhuhai Lizhu Pharmaceutical Corp. to produce Acertil for treating hypertension and congestive heart failure. Servier, the first French pharmaceutical group to enter China, plans to turnover 300 million French francs ($61 million) by the year 2000.
