[CND, 12/20/95] The World Bank concluded a six week investigation in China and found no evidence of World Bank grant being diverted or misused in any way in connection with the Tarim Basin Project in Xinjiang, Reuter reports. Harry WU alleged on October 23 that forced labor camps were invloved in the $125 million Tarim Basin Project.
