The meeting on party building work of [Qinghai] provincial-level organs was held in Xining on 28th December. In line with the guidelines of the fourth plenary session of the eighth provincial party committee, the meeting made arrangements for the 1996 party building work of provincial-level organs, and commended 11 outstanding full-time cadres in charge of the work of party organizations of provincial-level organs, including Han Zhenhua.

Li Mingjin, director of the propaganda department of the provincial party committee, addressed the meeting. He expressed the hope that the various departments of the provincial party committee and the party groups and party committees of various provincial-level organs and units would pay attention to and support party building work, conscientiously strengthen guidance for party organizations of the provincial-level organs, persist in taking a two-handed approach in work, uphold the principle of running the party strictly, realistically attach great importance to the party building work of organs, always listen to briefings given by the party organizations of various organs and promptly study their party building work. It is necessary to vigorously support the party organizations of organs to assist the organization and personnel departments to successfully assess and democratically evaluate office cadres and to select and appoint office cadres, strengthen the installation of cadres in charge of the party af
