Reuters reports that a new album called "Sister Drum" produced in China and featuring Tibetan monks chanting Buddhist scriptures is selling briskly in Asia and will be launched in the United States in January. The album is the best selling China made album ever and the first with Chinese lyrics to gain international recognition. The producer and composer, He Xuntian, is quick to point out that this is not a Tibetan musical work.
