March 10 being commemorated all over the world, regardless of number Tibetans try to do their part to observe and inform the free world of the independence of Tibet and the Chinese human right abuses in Tibet.

Tenzin Dhampa, a single Tibetan in the city of Buffalo, along with the Amnesty International chapter of Buffalo observed the 37 National Uprising day and unfurled the Tibetan National flag in front the City Hall.
