DHARAMSALA, 15 April 1996

As per Article 40 of the Charter of the Tibetans-in-exile, it has been decided that the first summer session of the 12th Assembly of the Tibetan People's Deputies will be held w.e.f. 30 May to 6 June 1996 for seven days in Dharamsala.

Elected members of the 12th ATPD should arrive in Dharamsala on 27 May in order that arrangements can be made in advance for accommodation during the session in Dharamsala.
