The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr. Jose Ayala Lasso, has said that he hopes to visit China soo. Addressing members of the National Press Club here in Washington, D.C. this morning, the High Commissioner said he had recieved a formal invitation from China. He, however, did not mention any specific dates.
