On May 29th and 30th, the casting director for the Hollywood production of Kundun auditioned Tibetans in the Madison area for various roles in the film. Approved by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Kundun is the story of the early life of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. The film which will be directed by the award winning Hollywood Director, Martin Scorsese will be shot in Morocco beginning late-August l996.
