The President of the International Campaign for Tibet, Mr. Lodi G. Gyari, will testify before two commitees of the Senate on June 6, 1996 concerning President Clinton's renewal of Most-Favored-Nation status for China.
Mr. Gyari will testify before the Senate's Committee on Finance which begins its hearing at 9.00 am in Room 219 Dirksen Senate Office Building. In the afternoon, Mr. Gyari will testify before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at 2 p.m. in Room 419 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The International Campaign for Tibet is a Washington,D.C. based non-profit organization which works for human rights and democracy in Tibet.
