Amnesty International has released a new publication, China; Repression in the 1990s -- A directory of victims.
The directory contains a list of nearly 2,000 people all detained on political grounds, many simply for expressing their views. Pages 119 to 180 contains a list of 725 Tibetan victims (serial numbers 1098 to 1833) who are detained in TAR, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan, and Qinghai.
