CHINA, August 16, AsiaInfo Services, Inc -- In the next several years, China will speed up the prospecting and exploitation of natural gas. At present, three large-scale onshore natural gas zones have taken shape: the east of Sichuan province; the middle of Shanxi, Gansu and Ningxia; and Xinjiang area. China will speed up the exploitation of oil in those three areas, set up a batch of new gas pipe lines and increase the natural gas supply of big cities in China.
