BEIJING, August 23, AsiaInfo Services, Inc - On August 12, Tibet Posts and Telecommunications Bureau and NEC Wuhan Corp held a signing ceremony in Beijing on the optic telecommunications equipment for two telecommunications lines from Lasha to Linji, and from Rigazhe to Yadong. NEC Wuhan Corp will provide the needed optic telecommunications equipment for those two lines, which will be open within two years. The two telecommunications lines opened in 1995 in Tibet were also cooperated with NEC.
