Dear friends,

This is in reference to the 39th issue of newsletter on the campaign of Radical Party for the Freedom of Tibet and Democracy for China. It was proposed in the final declaration of the 2nd TSG Conference that we all have to work together for the liberation of Panchen Lama and Wei Jingsheng and the work should be underway by December 10, the global day for human rights.

It seemed to the Radical Party that a `24 hour Walk-Around' campaign for December 9th and 10th an effective campaign. The campaign will last 24 hours. The minimum number of people needed to organise the `24 hour walk around' campaign, then, is 24 (one for every hour). This campaign is to be organised at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at 1.00 pm on Monday December 9th and end at the same hour on Tuesday December 10th.

At the end of every hour there will be a symbolic exchange during which the symbol of our action, the letter that will be consigned to the Minister of Foreign Affairs will be passed along from one marcher to the next marcher or group of marcher.

It is important that at the begining and conclusion of the 24 hour march that all the marchers be available for a press conference or photographs to make the propaganda of the campaign.

I would like to request all of you to make it an effective campaign.
