He has over as the new representative of H.H. the Dalai Lama in the Bureau of H.H. the Dalai Lama in Delhi from 17 December. He succeeds Mr. Tsering Wangyal who has been entrusted with the new assignment as the Secretary of Department of Home with immediate effect.
