I thought you may like to know that the Assembly of Tibetan People's Deputies is reconvening in Dharamsala after recess on March 17. The session will last till March 28, 1997.

Also, Tibetan leaders in exile are gathering in Dharamsala next week for a meeting to discuss the issue of "referendum".
