The fourth class on the legal system, which is sponsored by the United

Front Work Department under the Xinjiang Autonomous Regional CPC

Committee, the Regional Nationalities and Religious Affairs Commission,

and the Xinjiang Socialist Academy for people in religious circles,

opened on 20 May. Since the first class last year, nearly 200

representatives from various ethnic religious circles in Xinjiang have

received a systematic education on law and regulations, thereby further

increasing their awareness of abiding by laws, correctly implementing

the party's policy on religions, firmly resisting ethnic secessionism

and illegal religious activities, promoting ethnic unity, and

safeguarding social stability.
