Newsletter on the campaigns of the Radical Party for the freedom of Tibet and the democracy on China.
"I truly believe that individuals can make a difference in society. Since periods of great change such as the present one come so rarely in human history, it is up to each of us to make the best use of our time to help create a happier world".

ON VACATION IN GENEVA...
A delegation of the Transnational Radical Party arrived in Geneva this week to participate in the 49th work session of the "UN Sub-Commission for the Prevention of Discrimination and the Protection of Minorities." It is an opportunity to emphasize the seriousness of the violation of human rights in various parts of the world, not only through the continued violation of minority rights, but of the use and abuse of the death penalty as well.
The debate over the Satyagraha for the freedom of occupied Tibet continues. In this issue we are publishing the first writing by a representative of the Tibet community in exile: Mr. Norbu, the former President of the Tibetan community in Germany.
We also renew our invitation to all of our readers to participate in this dialogue.
