Dear friends,

We received an unexpected news by letter from Nirmala Deshpande, president of The "Akh'il Bharat Rachanatmak Samaj" from New Delhi and also confirmed by another letter from Samdhong Rinpoche, president of the Tibetan Government in exile. Although the news was extremely surprising we believe that the most important thing to do to increase the debate, will be to give to all the individuals involved in the debate on the Satyagraha, the opportunity to find out the exact contents of these two letters.

In the following issues of the Tibetfax, we will publish our comments as well as yours on the matter.

In the mine time, we continue our debate on the Satyagraha with the contribution of Paolo Pietrosanti.
