[ETIC, 10/17/97] In the beginning of October, 20 bodies with slit open throats were discovered on a road in Tokhsu county of Aksu province of Eastern Turkistan. All the killed were Chinese from a local Bintuan construction corps. Extremely worried government authorities are trying to seal any information leak on this incident.
