- Due to the difficulty of spreading and broadcasting honest and adequate information about the Radical Party in Rumania,

- due to the difficulty of establishing and maintaining regular contact with the Rumanians,

we propose

- better information on the initiatives and activities of the Party, especially as regards its transnational dimension and its commitments with the East. We are thinking in particular of radio broadcasts in Rumanian (Radio Free Europe, BBC, Voice of America etc.). We will guarantee this information. We will try likewise to circulate the Radical Party's Bulletin and other texts in Rumania, through our own channels.

- "To adopt" as coopted members - honorary, or in any other capacity - Rumanian dissidents who through their writing or their activities appear in line with the ideas and ideals of the Radical Party. This initiative will ensure, on the one hand, the Party's concrete presence in Rumania, and on the other, the possibility for local transnational Radical support..
