Rome 7 Nov - N.R. - Emma Bonino, President of the Radical Party, and the Deputy of the Green Whale, Francesco Rutelli, held a press conference in the morning illustrating how much is happening in the politics of cooperation and struggle for the eradication of world hunger. The government, according to Bonino and Rutelli, has liquidated allocations for non-government organisations and the agencies of the United Nations and is preparing itself to a change, in the commercial sense, in North- South policy.

Bonino revealed that the Minister for Foreign Affairs De Michelis had convoked for tomorrow the Interministerial Committee for Cooperation and Development to arbitrarily redefine our criteria on commitments.
