To the President of the European Commission,

To the President of the European Parliament,

To the President of the Council of Ministers of the European Community,

To the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe,

To the President of the Hungarian Republic,

To the President of the Parliament of the Hungarian Republic,

To the Prime Minister of the Hungarian Republic,

- granted that the final overcoming of the blocks in Europe cannot be achieved until the citizens of the different countries will be prevented, by means of restrictive bureaucratic procedures, to circulate freely on all the European continent;

- considering that bilateral positive initiatives for the abolition of visas have already been taken in several European countries;

- We undersigned, Italian citizens, ask:

- For the immediate abolition of any form of tourist visa for the citizens of the member countries of the Council of Europe;

-For an agreement to be reached between the member countries of the European Community and Poland, Hungary, the Czech and Slovakian Federative Republic, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Rumania, Albania and the Soviet Union, for the immediate abolition of tourist visas.
