Consolidated in the whole of the Western part of the European continent, party power is now swiftly invading Central and Eastern Europe. The dictatorship of the single party is followed by the dictatorship of many parties, with all that this implies in terms of occupation of the State, ungovernability and incapacity for citizens to choose their government.

In Italy, with the project of a Democratic Constituent Assembly and a reform of the electoral system in an Anglo-Saxon sense, and in Rumania with an appeal for the introduction of a one-round majority electoral system, and in other countries as well, we are operating to give force to something which we hope will become, in the whole of the continent, a true "Anglo-Saxon revolution".
