Mr President, I will take the floor on a very important issue and that is my deep sense of anger and frustration that we have not included in the urgencies, the motion that I submitted regarding the street children of the world. Their plight is one of desperation, they are abused, exploited, they are used as child prostitutes. This House can wax sentimental about animals - as I do - but we refuse to put the welfare of children on the agenda of this House. For that we should feel deeply ashamed.
