Mr President, I want to raise a point of great concern to all of us interested in the ACP and the Third World. It has come to our attention that there will be no television crews at the ACP meeting (except the French Overseas crew, which has a specific duty to do), despite the fact that a resolution in my name was passed unanimously by both Houses - the ACP and the European Members - saying it was essential to get media coverage so that the world could know what a good job this Community is doing with regard to our relations with the Third World. Because of a mix-up of some kind which I am asking to be investigated by the Bureau, the world and the citizens of the Union are not going to get a chance to hear about the work done at the ACP. I raise this matter because it is now too late. We need to know why this has happened and ensure that it never happens again.
