Just on a supplementary to that, does the President-in-Office accept the view set out in the OECD report that entrepreneurship has been particularly restrained in Europe which has created net few private sector jobs over the last twenty years? If so, what does the Council believe the Community should do to encourage entrepreneurship, particularly in those Member States where unemployment is very high? Furthermore, will it support public education campaigns to encourage entrepreneurship and discourage practices which unduly favour established large firms at the expense of small firms?
One further point, in relation to an earlier question, I wanted to say on the information deficit that if proper normal language was used in the information documents, it would make it far more accessible to everybody in the Community.
