Mr President, on a point of order. Like many people here tonight I was not satisfied with the answer to my question. I need to know about the rule. My understanding is that the question is asked, the questioner is entitled to a supplementary question but in many cases tonight there have been no supplementary questions beyond the original questioner. Does that mean that the supply of supplementary questions is exhausted if there is no one else to ask supplementaries and is there a rule that says that?
