Mr President, my group thinks it is entirely consistent with the changes you have been making and which have been supported by the House that the vote on a debate should take place as close to the debate as possible. We are therefore asking if possible to have the vote on those two oral questions taken the same day following the vote on the urgencies. That seems to make good sense and to keep it within the context of the debate.
