I wish to echo the comments which have been made so far on this particularly important issue.

Minimum guidelines must be brought in if we are to effect proper safety measures for the seas around Europe. These are for all European citizens, not just for the English, or the French, but for anyone travelling across the seas. It is for their safety, and their safety's sake, that we must bring these measures in. I hope you will bring them in.
