Madam President, on a point of order, Mr Ribeiro, my colleague on the other side of the House, was entitled to put two supplementaries and I would like to exercise the same power. I would simply like to ask the Council to rule that in fact the fault does not lie with the British Government but rather with the French and the other governments for not having a level playing field. I am asking the Council to confirm that it does have an open mind on what action to take when it is proved in this review in December that there is no level playing field.
