On a slightly different point, in relation to my question, this very much concerns my constituents. Many are employed in this sector and they basically want to know how you intend to implement the Blair House Agreement and whether, even at this late stage, there is any margin left for further discussion with our GATT partners on this issue.

Will you accept further representations from my constituents and from other people's constituents? And would you be prepared, not necessarily this evening, to reply to those representations in detail if they are put to you in writing?
