Mr President, I refer to page 19 of the Minutes, where I believe there is an inaccuracy. It says: Question No 6, by Mr Alex Smith. Mrs Seiler-Albring answered the question and supplementaries. It should say that the President-in-Office responded. She did not answer the question. Here I would appeal for your assistance. This is not the first time at Question Time, when we put questions to the Council, that it has not answered the questions. In reply to supplementaries the same answers are read out. This is not good enough. It is an insult to this House for the President-in-Office to come along and refuse to answer direct questions.

In this case she had the choice; she could have said "yes" or "no", she could even have said "perhaps". But she chose to give me a lot of waffle. It is quite inadequate as a response from the Council.
