Mr President, I see that the last words of yesterday's Minutes are that "the sitting was closed at 8.40 p.m." The College of Quaestors received a letter yesterday from the President stating that it should not meet during part-sessions of Parliament, and certainly not when Parliament was actually sitting. Yet I see that the Enlarged Bureau met last night, not only when Parliament was sitting but in fact when Parliament was voting. I wonder whether you could ask the Enlarged Bureau whether it lives by different rules than those applied to other organs of Parliament?
