Mr President, on a point of order. I think Parliament this morning needs very specific advice from Vice-President Marin on the position that has been expressed over a period of time on the fishing activities along the Sahara coast in violation of the EU-Morocco agreement, and that, of course, includes the question of the status of the Western Sahara and the delay as far as the United Nations is concerned. It is a matter of international law and I should like Vice-President Marin to be very specific indeed as to whether the new agreement gives a guarantee that there will be nothing that refers to the coastline south of parallel 27, because if there were such an involvement, I do not think there would be any way, in the spirit of what the rapporteur has said, that the European Parliament could go along with the agreement. But if the Commission accepts that interpretation, that would be a different matter.
