Mr President, on a point of order. The United Nations Security Council has been promised a report on the peace process by Boutros Boutros-Ghali by the end of this month. The European Parliament supports the peace process, and I think we really need an assurance that the Commission supports the peace process. In the light of the imminence of that report to the Security Council, we need an undertaking that negotiations with Morocco will not include that part of the Atlantic which is south of the 27th parallel, which is in the hands of the United Nations and has a special status. We should get a very clear undertaking on that. If not, we are in some difficulty.
