Hi, my name is Dave Menard. I'm a registered resident of Massachusetts.

I am also a Director for the National High School Model U.N. put on by the

International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA), which is a non-governmental organization recognized by the United Nations. Our conference is held for

a week in March every year, spending atleast two days using the actual U.N.

facilities.

This year I have the priviledge of being the Director of the Sixth

(legal) Committee of the U.N. General Assembly. My committee will be attended

by 300 high school students from around the world representing various nations

in hopes of promoting knowledge of the international order.

One of our topics will be the International Criminal Court. I have noticed your ad in the New York Times on Oct. 28th. I was very interested to learn

of your activities, and any information you could give me on your role in

supporting an International Criminal Court would be helpful. Both the students

attending, and the staff of the Conference would be appreciative of anything

you think would be of interest to us. I myself have studied the topic for

over a year now in preparation for my role, and I am happy to see there is an

international interest in the form of a NGO for the International Criminal Court.
