Report on the exploitation of labour through illicit and clandestine trafficking

The Economic and Social Council

1. Decides:

(a) That the report prepared by the Special Rapporteur, Mrs. H. E.

Warzazi, on the exploitation of labour through illicit and clandestine trafficking should be printed and given the widest possible distribution;

(b) To transmit the report for comments and observations to Governments and relevant United Nations bodies and specalized agencies, other intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations;

2. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities at its thirty-seventh session on those comments and observations, as well as on other significant developments regarding the human rights of migrant workers.
