Resolution on the recommendation for a Council decision on the opening of negotiations between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on road and air transport

3.Instructs its Committee on Transport and Tourism, pursuant to Rule 90(2) of its Rules of Procedure, to review the negotiating mandate in question without delay in a special report;
4.Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the Commission, the Economic and Social Committee and the Swiss Federal Council.
