Legislative resolution on the Decision of the EEA Joint Committee of 21 March 1994 amending Protocol 47 and certain Annexes to the EEA Agreement (5073/94 - C3-0185/94 - 94/0077 AVC))

The European Parliament,

-having regard to the Decision of the EEA Joint Committee (5073/94 - 94/0077(AVC)),

-having regard to the Council's request for Parliament's assent pursuant to Article 228(3), second subparagraph, and Article 238 of the EC Treaty (C3-0185/94),

-having regard to Rule 90 of its Rules of Procedure,

-having regard to the report of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Security and the opinion of the Committee on External Economic Relations (A3-0327/94),

1. Gives its assent to the Decision of the Committee;

2.Instructs its President to forward this assent to the Council and Commission, and the governments and parliaments of the EEA countries.
