Decision approving the nominated Commission

The European Parliament,

-having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, and in particular Article 10(2), third subparagraph, thereof,

-having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in particular Article 158(2), third subparagraph, thereof,

-having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, and in particular Article 127(2), third subparagraph, thereof,

-having regard to Rule 33 of its Rules of Procedure,

-having regard to its vote of 21 July 1994 by which it approved the nomination of the President of the Commission,

-having regard to the list of persons whom the governments of the Member States intend to appoint as Members of the Commission (C4-0214/94),

-having regard to its resolution of 21 April 1994 on the investiture of the Commission,

-having regard to the hearings of the nominees before its committees,

-having regard to the political guidelines of the nominated Commission, presented by the nominee for President at the sitting of 17 January 1995, and the debate Parliament held on the subject on 17 and 18 January 1995,

Approves the nominated Commission.
