The European Parliament,

-having regard to the proposal for a Council and Commission Decision, COM(95) 0207 - 95/0130 (AVC),

-having regard to the Council's request for Parliament's assent pursuant to Article 238, in conjunction with Article 228(3), second subparagraph, of the EC Treaty (9196/95 - C4-0324/95),

having regard to Rule 90(7) of its Rules of Procedure,

-having regard to the report of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Security and Defence Policy and the opinions of the Committee on External Economic Relations and the Committee on Research, Technological Development and Energy (A4-0264/95),

1.Gives its assent to the conclusion of the Europe Agreement with Estonia;

2.Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council and Commission, and to the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the Republic of Estonia.
