Legislative resolution on the proposal for a Council and Commission Decision concluding the Additional Protocol to the Europe Agreement between the European Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the Czech Republic, of the other part (COM(94)0599 - C4-0452/95 -94/0297(AVC))

The European Parliament,

-having regard to the proposal for a Council and Commission Decision, COM(94)0599 - 94/0297(AVC),

-having regard to the draft Additional Protocol to the Europe Agreement,

-having regard to the Council's request for Parliament's assent pursuant to Article 228(3), second subparagraph, of the EC Treaty (4692/95 - C4-0452/95),

-having regard to Rule 90(7) of its Rules of Procedure,

-having regard to the report of the Committee on External Economic Relations and the opinions of the Committee on Budgets, the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs and Industrial Policy and the Committee on Research, Technological Development and Energy (A4-0251/95),

1.Gives its assent to conclusion of the Additional Protocol to the Europe Agreement;

2.Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council and Commission, and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the Czech Republic.
