Yesterday we have received here in Moscow the Italian text Transnational number 7. But - even taking in consideration the intention not to mail it but just to bring to the parliaments - we have no cent to print it: neither in Moscow, nor in Kiev.

The same situation with the previous one - number 6. It is translated into Russian and Ukrainian several weeks ago but exists only as a file in our Kiev computer, because we have no money even to print.

Of course, Olga began translation now, but what to do furthermore?
