I'm afraid, that nearest time we'll be forced to declare the "new soviet radical's campaigne" - Moscow-Moscow in Conferenza segreteria pr in order to get any answer about treasurer's plans concerning Moscow, Kiev, Baku, Tbilisi etc. offices. After tomorrow we've to pay for Moscow office. 2250$, transfered form Rome didn't arrive yet. But even when we'll have this money, isn't clear what to do, how to pay for the office in Moscow, salaries in Moscow and Kiev etc. Sure, You (treasurer's office) can tell us (radicals), that there are financial problems in the party etc., but I can't tell the same to Moscow Telephone Service and owner of the flat, fhich for sure will ask, when we'll pay for the next months.
Another problem is, that even if you (I hope!) will decide to give us some money, this money can be in moscow (by bank) only in the middle of November (maybe, even later).
More then one week we don't use international telephone line. Sometime we can't even to speak with Kiev office, when they have some problems with Sprint in Kiev. And we completely loose the contact with other offices, where we don't have Agora at all.
