I know very well, that 9900$, transfered in the end of August were for Moscow and Kiev offices for 6 months, but I don't understand, what we had to do during all this time (since the end of Audust) having only old debts and no one cent for:

1. Campaigne for Tribunal:

- Mailing for all Parliamentarians and VIPs;

- Sending fax to Mayors of Russian cities;

- Sending fax to all media;

- Sending fax to Foreign Ministers of CIS;

- Calling by phone to 15 republics of ex-USSR and different russian cities, collecting signatures;

- ...

2. My living in Moscow:

- Money for hotel, before I've find the flat;

- Money for my flat for three months;

3. Activities in Kiev office;

4. Salaries for September in Moscow and Kiev (for October we didn't receive yet !!!);

5. To pay for the offices in Caucasus (in Tbilisi since July !);

Dear Luca, if there is question of responsibility how was used this money, we never asked Antonio how to use part of this 9900$, because, when we have new campaigne and Emma Olivier and other friends ask us to organize it, it means, that party will pay for expenses of this activities. Or not?

To pay for Moscow office 6 months and not to pay old debts for other offices - we had such kind of experience one time in the spring in Baku and that time Zeinal Ibragimov had very serious personal problems with creditors.

Try to imagine: if we would pay for Moscow office all money and not to pay for debts, we wouldn't have this money until now! It's danger for our health!

If we wouldn't receive salary for September, we would stay without money for food and sigarets. I'm sorry, I don't like very much to write about it, but this is fact!

And now we have exactly this situation. We haven't money and we don't know when we can have some money. We even can't to borrow this money, because we aren't sure, that you will not say: until the Congress we don't have money. What to do in this case?

What for me, I have here in Moscow my family and in some time, maybe I'll be forced to leave to Georgia, because I can't stay with my family without money "in this foreign town" .

So, the question is, I think, not how were used 4000$ for Moscow office, but if you're going to save office with colaborators or not.
